Is Magnum Options a Scam?

So far nothing leads us to believe they MagnumOptions is a scam. Several reports from CommuniTraders members approve that withdrawals are being handled on time and the support service is great. They are a legit company, very transparent compared to others but they haven’t been in the business for a long time; however, this alone is not a reason for concern. What is however the most alarming sign, discovered in 2017, is the multiple warnings from various authorities including FSC in Bulgaria where Magnum Options claims to be located.

Update January 2017, what’s not a speculation is that Magnum Options owners, Solaris Vision Ltd, also owns Redwood Options, another broker with not a great reputation.

Looking at traffic data for MagnumOptions and. eu, we can see a major drop in traffic in the past 6 months from 2016 August to 2017 January. The drop is about 3 to 4 times their usual traffic which could be considered alarming and also related to the various warnings they have received from authorities.

Editor’s Note – Why MagnumOptions doesn’t Suck in 50 words ?

I can give the answer to that question in 5 words, not 50: They try to be different. In the binary options industry, finding a broker that is “different” is almost like finding an oasis in a desert. Of course, all brokerage websites offer the same product – binary options – and it’s pretty hard to come up with something that’s never been done before. Magnum Options offers plenty of webinars, at the moment of viewing, they offer 7 webinars within 10 days!

Why does MagnumOptions Sucks in 50 words?

What sucks is the many warnings against them by several authorities but it’s not the warnings alone that are the worse part but the fact that one of their victims is confirmed by the MSC. This person was refused a withdrawal and made the client lose money by giving out bad trading tips until the account was wiped out. The authorities further mentioned that it’s not likely she will ever get her money back due to the lack of regulation for Magnum Options.

Should I Open an Account with Magnum Options?

The platform appeals to different types of traders: although they use SpotOption 2.0 – which is a very good platform to start with – they have added a few extras. At the bottom left corner of each chart you have something called a Strategy Advisor. When you hover with the mouse over it you get the option to choose between RSI, Moving Averages and Bollinger Bands. Clicking on any one of them will automatically generate a trading suggestion based on the technical indicator you clicked. A countdown starts and in 10 seconds you will get your prediction: Call or Put. Of course, you can then check the other two indicators and trade only if at least 2 out of 3 agree. However, I don’t know what settings are used for these indicators and I cannot vouch for their accuracy, but it’s something I haven’t seen on other websites and I think it’s a sign that Magnum Options is aiming high.

On the same note of aiming high, they offer Ladder Options which is quite interesting and I believe we will see more of it in the future. Here’s how it works: the further the asset moves from the strike price (price where you opened the trade), the more you can profit. Also, if the asset is in an uptrend and you trade Puts, the payout is huge, but of course so are the risks. Same goes for a downtrend if you trade Calls, so in other words, counter trend trading is better rewarded. Here’s an example: price is 1.5232 and the payout for an option below 1.5240 is 2.97% (in this case I had less than 2 minutes until expiry). That payout is not impressive to say the least, but – and this is the good part – if it expires above 1.5240, I can get 401.55%. Now that’s impressive in my book. If my option expires above 1.5250, the payout is 773.47%. The further away the expiry price is, the more you can profit (they offer predefined levels). That’s why I like Magnum Options, because they have a different approach and they realize that you cannot be a true leader by doing everything the same as others.

Reviewing Magnum Options was actually a pleasant experience because – and I don’t want to sound corny – they gave me hope that other brokers will step up their game. When everybody is offering the same thing, there’s no real competition among brokers and we get a mediocre service at best, but when one of them introduces something new and exciting, others will soon follow or will start losing clients.

Update August 2016: Although the features above are now common among most SpotOption brands, they still remain useful to traders. However, except for some minor changes, Magnum Options are the same as they were last time we reviewed them. They had a good start but faded soon after and couldn’t move ahead of the pack. They still claim to offer “unique characteristics” such as: “100% web based” (wow, unique just like 99.9% of the other brokers), “no download required” (again, so unique…), “no requirement of previous trading experience” (show me a broker that actually requires you to have experience before opening an account!). To sum it up, Magnum Options doesn’t have anything special and are not a monument of professionalism but that doesn’t mean they are bad, just that we expected more from them.

Update 2017 – Finding all the warnings and scam reports it gives Magnum Options the image of another scam broker. Another sign of being of a lack of professionalism is poor, misleading inormation about the minimum deposit being 200 in the FAQ section but 500 under account packages. It is a sign of a lazy broker and it has been like this since the last time we checked on them months ago!

Magnum Options Complaints.

We do the search, you need to read! You can do a similar search at home, do it yourself style. Search for MagnumOptions scams, fraud, complaints, etc and visit forums and review websites. Lembrar! some websites only using words like scam/fraud to get you in, but they are not really uncovering any secrets! So better look inside comments and forums posts made by users.

Our “Comments” section below this review has a surprisingly low amount of comments and complaints. Magnum Options have been in the business for a relatively long time now but people don’t talk about them as much as they talk about other brokers. This could have 2 reasons: either traders are not interested in this brokerage or Magnum are doing a good job and everybody’s happy.

Update February 2017 – Checking our comment section below we see many complaints regarding blown accounts and shady account managers. We also mentioned the extreme drop in their traffic lately which kind of confirms our earlier theory about traders not being interesting in this brokerage. In addition, there are numerous warnings from various regulators, especially the one from MSC which is most likely the tip of the ice berg.

Magnum Options Bonus.

The Bonus policy is pretty straightforward according to their FAQ section: “If you choose to accept a bonus, you will be required to execute trades to the value of thirty times your initial bonus funds. Therefore, in order to withdraw any funds, the preceding stipulation must be fully met and fulfilled.” Also, the bonus percentages are mentioned under “account packages” and the minimum deposit of 500 gives you 25% bonus.

According to their Terms and Conditions, the withdrawal of any funds is impossible before a trading volume of 30, 40 or 50 times has been reached (this applies if the client has received a bonus). Keep in mind that your own money cannot be withdrawn before the bonus turnover is reached. We consider this a very unprofessional tactic of tying your money to their platform.

Magnum Options Withdrawal.

Withdrawals are pretty standard: you can use credit cards, debit cards (the money will go to the same card which was used for deposit) and wire transfer. Minimum withdrawal is 100 EUR or USD, depending on the account currency. For wire transfers, you get one free transaction per month and additional withdrawals will be charged a $30 fee.

It takes Magnum Options up to 4 business days to process the request and additional 5-7 business days will pass until the money reaches you.

Magnum Options Extras.

In this section I would like to mention of course their Ladder style options and the Strategy Advisor feature which is not guaranteed to bring you profits, but it increases your chances of a successful investment.

Update February 2017 – these features are now pretty common with SpotOption brokerages.

Magnum Options Ratings.

The platform is easy to use and has enough features to satisfy even the most experienced traders. The website is easy to navigate and well structured. Update August 2016: US clients are no longer accepted and I couldn’t find the option to change language so I can only assume that only English is available and that’s not very user friendly for someone who doesn’t speak or understand the language.

Number of assets and expiry times 18/20.

Their basket of assets is composed of 74 stocks, 33 currency pairs, 8 commodities and 36 indices. All this is more than enough for any trader and you should find good trades at most times. The expiry times will also satisfy all types of traders since they range from short term (60 seconds) to medium term (hourly, 4 hour, end of day) to long term (end of week/month/year).

Commissions, Support and Effective return 17/20.

There are no commissions or fees for deposit or withdrawal except a $30 fee which is charged if you want to make more than one monthly wire transfer withdrawal. The payout is either 81% or 82% as they don’t seem to be sure about it themselves. 81/82% is average-to-high for the industry and the refund for unsuccessful trades goes up to 10% which is very good. The support is quite helpful and polite but at times it took a bit too long for them to answer my questions.

Deposit, Payment and Bonus 13/20.

Minimum deposit is $500 which is rather high for the industry and can be done via credit/debit card or wire transfer. Withdrawals usually take up to 3 business days to process and additional 5 to 7 days will pass until the money will reach your account. For exact bonus conditions you should talk to one of their representatives but according to their FAQ section, the wager is 30 times the bonus amount.

Update August 2016: The account structure has changed, with the lowest account starting at $500 (Mini). The minimum deposit is still $200 and the two statements seem to contradict each other but that’s what they list on their website (we assume than an account manager will clear this up). Processing time for withdrawals is 4 business days, the bonus scales up depending on the account type and the required turnover is 30, 40 or 50 times the bonus but they don’t specify the criteria on which the actual number is decided.

MagnumOptions Overall Ratings 80/100.

I traded with Magnum Options for over 6 months. Every account manager I worked with (4 different account mangers) recommend trades that lost. Between the 4 different account managers I lost around $40,000.00. I actually made more money trade binary option on my own then with the help from an account manager. I soon discovered that I needed to protect my money because I do not know whether or not these account managers are good at their job.

I only deposited money after signing either a “Guaranteed Profit Contract or Risk-free Contract.” Whenever the trades lost, the company would add the lost funds to my account as a bonus with a huge turnover rate (x30). For example, after Magnum Options deposited 5k into my account to cover a lost trade, I was not allowed to make any withdrawal until I traded 5,000 x 30 ($150,000 in volume) even though the contracts I had signed had a turnover of x0. However, I would have to call them at 1-800-986-6891 to complain that the contract I signed didn’t have any turnover rates. After a few days of calling and complaining, they would allow me to make a withdrawal.

I have now concluded that Magnum Options only honored my previous contract because they anticipated me making a large deposit. To sum everything up, I made a $35,000.00 deposit around 8/20/15 and as of today 10/05/2015 Magnum Options has refused to refund me my money. They also refused to honor the Guaranteed Profit Contract I signed before making the $35k deposit. The Head of the Corporate Accounts, Dennis Collins, was my account manager. He issued me the contract with “x0” turnover rate. But after I made the deposit he refused to provide me with the trade signals. He said he was not going to honor the contract unless I agreed to a turnover rate of $450,000 even though the contract I signed with him did NOT have any turnover rate on it. To make matters worse, I discovered that Dennis Collins had 1 of my trades deleted from my history. By doing this he has stolen $5000 (amount of the trade) and $3750 (trade profits) for a total of $8750.00.

Due to the fact that Magnum Options would not approve my withdrawal request, I opened 3 trades at $5k each that expired on 9/30/15. To my surprise, Magnum Options claimed they canceled the trades and closed my account a few hours before the winning trades expired. The truth is they have stolen my money while claiming to have canceled and closed my account before the expiration of the trades.

Now, everyone I speak to at Magnum Options has an attitude and seems to quote the following:

MO reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse, cancel the Services, and/or refuse to distribute profits to anyone for any legitimate reason.

The lesson here is to not do business with Magnum Options because they are not regulated. If and when they decide to take your money they can do so without any consequences. Please do not be fool by the lack of web complains about Magnum Options. It is my understanding that they pay to have them removed. I hope this help someone makes the wise choice to NOT do business with Magnum Options.

I also had problem with Magnum Option. I was a newbie and know nothing of contract. I was conned into signing a contract with a huge turn over rate of 40%. I had no choice but to continue to trade till I reach the turn over rate. I knew I cannot rely on my account manager to trade for me so I did my own trading to speed up to reach the turn over amount. Now I had finally reached and had requested for fund withdrawal and instead of processing my refund they get another account manager to call me and he demand to know why I want to have my fund withdraw. I told him I just want to stop trading and was told that he cannot accept my reason. I went to their chat room to asked when will I get my fund and the answer is that I have to wait for approval. I had wrote to their account department to ask them for an answer as to when than they will be returning me my fund.

Did you get back your money? and if you do I would appreciate if you could help me on how and who can I approach to make a complaint.

I too am a complete newbie, knew and understood nothing about trading, but I have lost money that I believed was guaranteed (or I would never have gone ahead with the trade). Account manager has disappeared off the face of the earth and although the people on live chat are very helpful, there is no follow-up and I have just repeated my complaint for about the 6th time but it finally looks like it might get somewhere as my complaint has been sent to their Quality Assurance dept.

I want to say bravo to you for going ahead and trading by yourself! I would have no clue how to do that. that was why having an account manager/mentor was so appealing… but it seems I have been taken for a ride and lost money I cannot afford to lose. I’ve been with Magnum since 12/2016, I have a fraud charge claim on them with International fraud department in the UK, I’m from Canada, but my local police set me up with UK. I’ve got 18k in my account frozen, now i just checked and the site won’t open, I invested 34k total, sad how stupid i was to believe their honesty.

I have my money being held by them. To date, the site seems to be closed as of today when I tried to access it. There had been no response from the email except an automated answer for past month. My worst fears may have come true.

Did your fraud claim ever work? Company gone out of business now..so guessing I’m hooped. The Canadian banks told me they couldn’t reclaim any of the money..just thought I’d ask if you were able to retrieve any?

I read everything you wrote down, I traded also in Magnum Option last March of 2016, my hard earned money, I am a caregiver working for 11.25 canadian per hr. this is my 5 years savings and in just one clik in my computer its all gone. I spoke to Tammy Clark one of the agent, she convince me to 5K USD in order to invest and if i lose there is an insurance so my money will not all be gone i can still withdraw, time come that i want to withdraw, they said that i have to invest again another 2,500 usd in order that my money will become liquid. at first I am willing to add money again but good thing my credit card didnt went through. today I suppose to open again there web site and try to communicate to them but its gone no more website, and I ve read a bunch of comments. A few months ago, I opened an account with MagnumOptions. I was convinced by a Broker to invest $2,500 into my account and that I would receive a matching bonus of 2,500 which could be invested into anything. I signed a contract for a 30 X bonus and another one for a protected trade on Microsoft for a total payout of $8300 at the end. However, the trade I was asked to invest on did not go well and it actually lost money. At the end of trade, my account was emptied and the money promised was never deposited. For almost 2 months I have been leaving messages and asking to speak to supervisors, and no one bothers to call back or return my calls. I was told at once that my broker had been fired for doing things wrong. However, almost two months later I still can’t get anyone to help me. Not sure of who to contact or address for this matter.

I have a couple of phone numbers to try, if that doesn’t work you can go to your local police department and explain and show them everything plus call your credit card department.

My husband just signed up and payed to Magnum Options $250.00Can. he was told he would be contacted by on of the investors and they would explain how it all works, after two day a gentleman did call and told my husband that 250.00 was just not enough money to do anything with that more money should be put into the account. When my husband asked how much more he was told that nothing less the $16,000.Can, anything less then this and it wasn’t worth his time, then he hung up on my husband. My husband made many attempts to call back but the number given on put him through to a contest line and no one is replying to any emails. We have now filed a fraud case with our credit card company, they say they have had issues with this company in the past. Good luck and really do your home work.

Oi. Just reading the reviews on this company… I just lost $250. CA. Seems to be a very similar story as yours. Natasha, a senior accounts manager, so she said, calls me and explained that $250. was not enough..she wanted $5000./CA… I said no and also was hung up on…tried the 1800 986 6891 #…no answer or always a busy signal when I select an option on the automated phone service… My credit card is also going to have to look into it..

I made an initial deposit of $200USD and a few days later Thomas, a senior account manager contacted me late at night. After almost an hour on the phone I ended up making another deposit of $6800USD with the promise of 50% bonus or a $2000 risk free trade, daily and weekly Trading Alerts etc. After they cleared the funds from my credit card I received a copy of their Terms and Conditions which I signed and returned. Next morning when I printed a copy of the T C and went through it I realised what I was locked into if they applied the bonus.

I immediately lodged a withdrawal of my funds and emailed the broker stating I do not wish to accept the bonus or the free trade. Five days later I received notification that my request for withdrawal is declined.

The broker blocked my emails. In the space of the last 4 months I have been allocated 3 other account managers. One I did not hear from and the other 2 wanted me to deposit more funds otherwise they could not work with me. I refused, so I was left to fend for myself with the end result, total loss of funds.

I just gave a deposit of 200 GBP today to magnum options and was told also that someone would be contacting me to explain everything to me and how it works. I’m completely new to trading and to be honest haven’t got any experience, the question I’m asking basically is should I just cut my losses now or take a chance? Don’t under any circumstances get sucked in like I did and make a sizeable deposit.

They make lots of promises but once you A/c balance drops below $5000 you get contacted and asked to top up your account. If you don’t then that is the end of any support.

Yes I got my intial deposit back after much frustration and knocking the right doors and asking the right questions.

They control you and frustrate you to give up on your money so it all looks legitimate. DONT BELIEVE THOSE SCAMS AND FRAUDS’ ASK AND PERSIST!

First I had to communicate with my bank and show proof of deposit and sources of the funds. My bank GOT MY BACK! Magnum Options sent me $400 as profit in an investment of $3100 and they claim I got refunded on my deposit and profit of $400 whereas I have a balance of USD$1750.92 yet i cannot make any withdrawal but they want me to deposit an extra USD$5000.

So essentially, they pay you $400 as profit and ask you to trust them and deposit USD$5000 more, who does that? definitely not me and not you either! They assume everyone can be deceived before their cover is blown up. HELL NO.

I have been frustrated, disappointed, and defrauded!

I dont want anything from MAGNUM OPTIONS other than their secrets to be blown open and to save all the innocent unaware desperate souls who look for hope… I do not want anyone having this terrible life threatening experience I had with They cannot be trusted!

I had opened account with the required minimum amount of some US$200 or so. My final balance remained $46.95. I applied for withdrawal of this amount. I complied with all their requirements. When final time came to refund, I am asked to give last 4 digits of the card. I did that. After this, they are now asking me to give them all 16 digits of my card. I did not give as I became suspicious as this is never asked by any genuine broker. They have still not refunded my $46.95. I understand from various reports on this page, I am convinced I will never get the refund. But let every one know.

After seeing few comments above, I find out the problem is these unlucky people rely on others to make money. Myself been trade with Yesoption one of not regulated and bad comments. I trade myself with break even result then withdraw, the process is consider smooth, although the manager try her best to make me keep trading with them. But bcos of I being “rude” , she quite not interested and feel wasting time talk to me, then things done. Money back to bank.

The worst Binary options broker in the world, do not ever go with them whatever you do. Customer service is rubbish. They prey on the innocent and take money and continue to make you invest more and more until you become broke. Leaches, don’t sign any bonus agreements, you would have to make 40 times the amount of the bonus and you won’t be able to withdraw until you make the money which is impossible because they change there strike rate 1 second before the transaction is made making you loss the investment. I just signed up with the minimum of $200 CAD and no word from them yet. I read so many good reviews about these guy that I decided to try them out. Now I’m worried. Think I might have made a really dumb move. I spoke with Steven Davis and he told me to try the minimum of $10 trade to see if I like it then I can easily take the $190 back if I don’t. All the Magnum Options people speak with Eastern European Accents, and other fake accents. They all have fake English-sounding names like ‘Mathew Dillon’, ‘Chris Miller’, etc. They are very pushy, nosy, and ask personal questions like how much money I have in my savings account. They will say anything to try to make you commit more money. I also found out that they operate from Tel Aviv, Israel, not from UK.

Do not commit to them. I hope you people get your money back. As I too expect to have my money back. If I don’t, I will go after them, and trust me, it isn’t about the money, it’s about psychological distress, frustration and how they get inside your head, and occupy your thoughts on how to get them…

Magnum Options is tied to intentional deception! I was sent to them by Jake Mason who explicitly says “it is 100% free! No money to spend and no credit card required at all!” “Just set up an account..” and was sent to Magnum Options. Magnum Options immediately ask for a credit card and thousands of dollars for them to play with. Magnum Options are well aware of this deception! “Sharon: I understand that you have registered via ‘Canuck Method’ funnel, by Jake Mason.” So they know all about their funnel as she calls it and you can be damn sure I am not the only one complaining to Magnum Options about this deception.

to this deception. In dealing with Magnum Options, I wouldn’t trust them as far as I can throw this planet! Trusting them with my credit card and thousands of dollars, not a chance in hell!! I was looking for a way to make some money quick I was desperate. Thinking that magnum options was my ticket I joined and made an account and a day later got phone calls from unpleasant people who were rude and persistent one day I wasnt understanding something and they hung up on me. for some stupid reason I was convinced to put 250 deposit in by a very persistent man that sounded like he was in a room full of shouting and excited people raving about something, my thoughts were all the profit they were making on the stock market. I didn’t spend any of that money I put on my account but I’m having a hard time retrieving it and getting a hold of anyone their whole contact number is useless its either brings me to a contest i can enter or a number that just doesnt work. Im hearing alot of problems with this magnum options and highly dont recommend it to anyone plainly because ita impossibke to get a hold of any body unless you just opened an account and they want to discuss depositing money.

Don’t sign up without checking things out. I read all the comments here and sure I would love to get rich without doing anything hard. I think that doesn’t happen and if it did everyone would be rich. I was surprised that I didn’t find one good comment and I saved my money. While reading this page I decided to close the other one as I was no longer interested in potentially losing money I couldn’t afford to lose. Within 30 seconds someone had called me to try to sell me on investing. I said I was not interested anymore and hung up. I think that was the right move.

Oh I am glad to hear your bad experience here. It appear on my facebook and when I click and send in my email, immediately one of them call me on my mobile to asked me to open accounts and made a demo of 500$, when I say I am totally new, he mentioned I can start off with 200$. I am still not convinced as if everyone could made such huge money so early and so fast, there will be no people working in this world an everything would collapse, and if money is so early made then why would they need us, they could made all there money themselves, But if there are winners then there must be losers, so who could be the winners….must be the big boy who control the shows…. we may be just pawns…

I just started with this company on a very small scale as I am very wary a day the manager I had not only list my money didn’t have the decency to call me so I will not be trading with them.

I signed up with a 200USD. Eu perdi isso. Then I got a call from an account manager, Amanda Jones. She said you have to put in more money so we can couch you. She recommended the 5000 USD. I did all she said. She traded all the the money in Amazon, Boeing, Apple and etc. She also added a bonus with 40% turnover. That is a catch! they lock you in with a bonus so you can’t withdraw the money. All the trades she invested my money in lost. I said you lost it all what’s the plan now. They asked me to sign in a free risk trade agreement with a 40% turnover. I had no choice so I did. All the money was gone already!

I traded over 40,000 turnover on my own but my balance dropped to 545 USD. I realised the binary options is gambling and I am not going to be able to get a penny back from Magnum options no matter how hard I try. Think about it! I have to reach to 194,000 USD turnover. My account balance is 545 USD. Impossible. I talked to them and they asked for more money to be invested in. You see guys these guys never stop asking for money. The more money you put in the more you dip in dept. I decided to cut my loss and stop it. I decided to give up and stop playing. I learned my lesson the hard way. A 5200USD life experience. Not bad, eh?!

I also got lured into dropping 5k into their no risk trade. The guy was super friendly to get my money, then once it was invested… desapareceu. Once the trades failed two weeks later (as i guessed they would but he convinced me that there was no reason not to just try again) I got cold feet, and tried to withdraw the money.

Not only did they withdraw my 5k but they without my consent took another 1650 out as well…

The response to any withdrawal was that I needed to make 42 times what my 5k was in order to make any withdrawals. There was no response to any queries regarding the no risk agreement as they indicated in the contract a x40 beside the number invested… which yeah I should have known, however i missed it and sadly, this copayn is now not taking my calls regarding this shit show. the real shocker is their “mangers” continue to hound me for more money.

Needless to say… this company is a sham and I hope someone learns something before they invest anything in this POS company.

I don’t have the money, he tried to convince me to get aline of credit, but screw that idea, so I went to live chat and they told me to trade on my own, I think I don’t like these guys anymore.

Do not fall into their sweet talk, the broker keep asking me to invest more funds to back up my investment, however after I intended to withdraw my fund its is almost impossible you can turn to no one considering all the effort such as emails and telephone call etcs. They will just ignore all your request with no reasons given to me. For all of your information, I began with an $1000 investment, with all the so call advices from their senior investment manager I lost all the money and was advised to pour in more to backup my investment.

As a result I topped my and $2000 and decided invest by my own instincts. I make about $5000 in the next 6 months during June 2016. I make an request to with my earnings but was ignored by the investment managers with no reasons given. Based on my experience with these guys my advise is don’t trust them……

I requested my card cancellation the day after deposit. I did not any trade. I just joined and deposit money. But they refuse money back because they request more exact document information. Even though win the game there is no way to get back money.

I am also a newby to tjr trading market, so i thought this was a good idea, I worked with Sean Kelly, he was pushy, convincing me to deposit even more money, the all of a sudden his email came back as spam and i couldn’t reach him, i have been speaking with the company on the chat line, and even tho they are nice i still have not gotten a responce back. I think i just lost $10,000. and i don’t have money to waste on this sort of thing. i do believe i was scammed now, and i don’t have a way to find out.

Long story short magnum options is a scam, stay the hell a way from these guys, I put my 200 in I am up to 4000 now, but as soon as I made a request withdraw they blocked me, I sent emails, tried to go on live chat which they now blocked, called customer service, with no luck, don’t even waste your time researching these scam artists, they are 100 percent a scam, I truly hate these people, they will get what’s coming to them, and if you ever talk to a guy named sterling benson tell him to go to hell.

Yep they suck! Nearly ten grand they’ve done me for. They reckon they can’t process my payout request because they can’t do wire transfers anymore but they expect me to accept their apologies for any inconvenience whilst they keep my money. DON’T GO NEAR THEM!!

I also got blindly into Magnum as a new in trading. Made a big amount deposit and got 100% bonus. This was in January 2017. Was not explained about the 40 times trading volume but soon learned about it. I took the challenge and went for it. Initial results were great big gains but volume trade was low. Then got guided on bad trades and started to lose. The account manager very friendly and knowledgeable lady kept trying requesting more investment that I refused. Managed to change to another account manager that gave me very good support and was excellent sowing me how to handle the platform and learn about the market. I finally managed to make the traded volume requirement in May 2017 and requested a withdraw. The withdraw got rejected this week. I have tried to contact and get explanations and no answers. Chat service keep attending, they are very attentive but the cannot give any answers. My account manager seems to have disappeared so i don’t know what to do. So sadly history is repeated.

Has anybody managed to get the money back or managed to get hold of someone to demand or make a formal claim. What authority should we make the claim too?

BE ADVISED, I signed up with Magnum Options, I never deposited any money. However since then I have been receiving spam SMS and E-Mails for trading platforms and spam phone calls for trading offers. It is quite apparent that my details were sold on to scam companies.

I invested about 18000 and got tied up in their bonus agreements and guarantee profit trade agreements. What’s worse is my husband also forked out 25000 as we were totally new to all of this and didn’t realize we’d end up in a vicious vortex. Our senior account manager was Benjamin Draper and our trainer was Aaron both of who conveniently disappeared after 3 months of consistency. We had 2 other managers take over our accounts out of the blue but now every one has vanished. We are left to fend for ourselves. My husband lost all of his funds and I still have mine sitting in this vortex because I don’t know how to make it grow and meet my ridiculous trade requirements in order to make a withdrawal. I’ve been trying to call them, email them but i only get the computer generated response saying that some one will contact me within 48hours or something like that. I was withdrawing my balance in my account worth 7576.53 because I’m suffering paying it in my credit card with interest of 22.99% per annum and they keep pending until they email to ask my bank for charge back but I don’t know that process now they my email & my account disappeared. I’m just praying God will send chastisement for that company to give lessons I will not stop until God send angel to punish them because they’re doing evil to many people that strive hard and find ways to earn money.

I joined magnum in 2015 and deposited 2500us dollars but lost around 500 dollars and realized i could not trade anymore.

Despite the promise of recovering my capital, I have been refused redraw and or closing my accounts. I lose money by giving out bad trading tips by constantly changing account managers and have lost half of my original investment. It looks as if the intention is to continue until the account is wiped out. Now, I am unable to access the website.

Thank goodness to anyone considering this site that it shut down. I was scammed $46,000 from them. I talked to a lawyer in Israel and she told me that not one of the binary companies are legit. In fact Magnum Options is also in Israel and is run by a group that steals money to buy guns. I’m trying to find away to get it back and there are a couple of sites that will help you for a fee. Do your research, ask questions to others who use these services. Be careful out there in future.

Has Magnum options gone off line as I am unable to connect with their website chrome comes up with site not available.

My account traded up to 550K, then I lost everything by allowing them to trade for me.

In all I invested 250K,. Chargeback is working for me. With their advice I have received credits for most of the credit card payments but I am still awaitnig return of the bank wires.

Magnum options are crooks, and the advisors leave when they realise it.

I had four advisors in 9 months, three got out when I had a drop in performaqnce, the last traded me out of 350K in a month!!

I was wondering if anyone knew how to contact them regarding the money that I had on my account when the website went down? Their phones are down too and I don’t have any information of people to contact within the company regarding my money.

Paid in U$250.00 got a call 10 days later, to send another 5,000 when declined, he just hang up on me. I did not do anything until I read all the reviews here and decided to contact them and ask for my money.

But nothing works. the Customer Support email address, they provided: supportmagnumoptions. eu is not working. And the phone provided 1-800-986-6891 is not working either. There is a strange message, saying something about canceled.

I paid in my money on Dec. 2.2016.

Does somebody have any advise?

Oh, I tried an other number 800 680 0683 which was on my first statement, but this number brings you to a questionaries’ about vacation.

Has anyone tried a company called my chargeback ? They claim they can get your money back if you paid by credit card. Not sure if I trust any internet based company anymore. If you know of any legit company that can help get your money back from those bastards at magnum options? Por favor deixe-me saber. I lost 15000.
